The Legal and Commercial Framework borrows from and operationalizes the Value Realization™ Framework, but it is Alescent-specific and should be maintained under the Alescent Strategic Framework.

Relationship to the Value Realization™ Framework¶
The Value Realization Framework provides the portable doctrine for describing, evidencing, and governing value.
The Value Participation Model belongs in 600. Models/ as Alescent-specific legal and commercial doctrine. Legal and commercial instruments may incorporate, parameterize, operationalize, or reference that model when establishing Alescent's participation in value realization.
