Purpose¶
This area contains Alescent-specific legal and commercial instruments, schedules, role assignments, discrete assignments, commercial models, and governance materials.
The Legal and Commercial Framework borrows from and operationalizes the Value Realization™ Framework, but it is Alescent-specific and should be maintained under the Alescent Strategic Framework.

Relationship to the Value Realization™ Framework¶
The Value Realization Model itself belongs in 01. Value Realization Framework/Value Realization Model/ as portable framework doctrine.
Legal and commercial instruments may incorporate, parameterize, operationalize, or reference the Value Realization Model, but they should not own the general framework model.

Governance for legal and commercial instruments should be maintained in 900. Governance/ under this area.
