Schedule C - Authorized Persons¶

This Schedule C is attached to and forms part of the Partner Engagement Letter.
1.0 Purpose¶
This Schedule identifies certain persons who are explicitly authorized to participate in, access information for, or support the engagement. This Schedule is non-exhaustive and does not imply that only the persons listed below may participate, unless the Parties expressly state a restriction in writing.
2.0 Scope¶

This Schedule applies only within the scope identified above.

List any persons who should be explicitly treated as included for this engagement (Alescent, Partner, and any third-party contributors). Use additional rows as needed.

4.0 Confidentiality and flow-down acknowledgement¶
Each Party confirms that the persons it introduces to the engagement will be bound by confidentiality obligations no less protective than those applicable under the Engagement Letter, the MNDA (if applicable), and any scoped Schedule D (Extended Confidentiality) obligations.
5.0 Updates¶
This Schedule may be updated by a jointly executed Amendment that expressly identifies Schedule C and the scope of the update.
