1.0 Purpose¶
This document explains how to read the canonical Legal Framework map.
2.0 How to read the map¶
- Entry documents (EOI, MNDA, MA) represent typical gating and baseline governance.
- Role Schedules qualify participation in roles.
- Role Assignments classify authority.
- Discrete Assignments activate scope and economics for specific contexts.
- Partner Engagement Letter represents the lightweight contracting track for partner/customer engagements when a full customer master agreement is not yet executed.
- Partner Engagement Letter Schedules capture scoped work, commercial, authorized-person, and confidentiality terms.
- Amendments are the controlled mechanism for extending or changing Partner Engagement Letter schedules without maintaining separate extension templates.
