This Exhibit D Extension (the "Extension") is an Exhibit Extension to the Partner Engagement Letter dated [[EngagementLetterEffectiveDate]] between Alescent, Inc. ("Alescent") and [[PartnerLegalName]] ("Partner"). This Extension extends and replaces Exhibit D solely within the scope expressly identified below.
1. Scope¶

Each Party confirms that the persons it introduces to the engagement will be bound by confidentiality obligations no less protective than those applicable under the Engagement Letter, the MNDA (if applicable), and any scoped Exhibit C (Extended Confidentiality) obligations.
4. Execution¶
