Exhibit Extension¶
Regarding Alescent and [[PartnerLegalName]], effective [[EffectiveDate]]
This Exhibit Extension (the "Extension") is entered into pursuant to, and forms part of, the Partner Engagement Letter dated [[EngagementLetterEffectiveDate]] between Alescent, Inc. ("Alescent") and [[PartnerLegalName]] ("Partner") (the "Engagement Letter"). Capitalized terms not defined in this Extension have the meanings set out in the Engagement Letter.

This Extension extends, updates, or replaces the Exhibit identified below, solely within the scope expressly stated in this Extension.

5. No Other Changes¶
Except as expressly stated in this Extension, the Engagement Letter and all other Exhibits remain unchanged and in full force and effect.
This Extension does not amend the baseline terms of the Engagement Letter unless it expressly states an intent to do so.
6. Order of Precedence¶
If there is any conflict between this Extension and the Exhibit being extended, this Extension governs solely within the scope identified in Section 3.
7. Execution¶
