Purpose¶
This document explains how to read the canonical Legal Framework map.
The canonical map source is maintained as Mermaid in:
Legal Framework/Governance/Legal Framework Map.mmd
How to read the map¶
- Entry documents (EOI, MNDA, MA) represent typical gating and baseline governance.
- Role Schedules qualify participation in roles.
- Role Assignments classify authority.
- Discrete Assignments activate scope and economics for specific contexts.
- Partner Engagement Letter represents the lightweight contracting track for partner/customer engagements when a full customer master agreement is not yet executed.
- Exhibits and Exhibit Extensions represent controlled variability without reopening baseline terms.
