Exhibit Extension¶
This Exhibit Extension (the "Extension") is entered into pursuant to the Partner Engagement Letter (the "Engagement Letter") between Alescent, Inc. ("Alescent") and [[PartnerLegalName]] ("Partner"). Capitalized terms not defined in this Extension have the meanings set out in the Engagement Letter.
1. Purpose¶
This Extension extends, replaces, or modifies only the Exhibit and scope expressly identified below. This Extension does not amend the baseline terms of the Engagement Letter unless it expressly states an intent to do so.
2. Exhibit and Scope¶

The Parties agree that the referenced Exhibit is modified as follows:

4. Order of Precedence¶
For the Exhibit and scope identified in Section 2, this Extension governs only to the extent it expressly modifies the referenced Exhibit. In all other respects, the Engagement Letter and existing Exhibits remain unchanged.
